Ladder system Overview

• Player signs up a player account o­n the ladder and is sent a validation email.
• o­nce the player validates his/her account, the account is operational. Nobody will ever need more than o­ne player account.
• The player then has a profile, which he can edit to include contact information etc.
• The player can also join ladders now.
• To join a ladder however a player needs to either create a team for that ladder or have a team manager add the player to a team.
• It is important to note that for 1v1 ladders, the player will need to create a team account. In other words o­n 1v1 ladders the participants are actually all 1person teams. This is so since the system works better this way. Just create a team with your own name.
• The player can then start to play matches using his/her team account, he can play o­n his own or he can play with other team members depending o­n the type of ladder.
• To initiate a match, o­ne must initiate a game using the challenge system.
• Some ladders will o­nly allow games initiated by challenges while some ladders will not allow challenges at all. This is up to the administrators in charge of the ladder system.
• o­nce a match is played, it is up to the losing team to report the loss via the ladder system. The winner then has to confirm the result and the result will be official and rankings will be updated.
• The ranking system is described elsewhere in the help.
• This is a basic overview of how the ladder system works, obviously there is much more to it, which will be described in the different help sections.

You have to be logged into the site with your PLAYER ID first. Than just click either "Join Ladder" or the specific game you want to join and follow the steps. When you create you entry onto a ladder you can specify a name that you use for that specific game and or ladder. This means you can have both your universal site name and different individual ladder names all attached to the same account.

When you first join a team/clan ladder you are the leader. All of your other members must be registered to be on your team. If you do not know how to do this please see Validation under FAQ. If you do know how to do this and they are already registered than you must know their ID. If you do not know there ID number just go to Main Home page and click on Active Players. It will list all the players on this site and when you click on the player you want it will give you all his info including his ID. You can also search for the user by his username and find his ID that way. You will need the ID *number* not the user ID of the player that you wish to add to your roster. When selecting "Invite user" type in that person´s ID number.

Challenges must be done thru the challenging system. Just login to the ladder system. Then go to your teams ladder and hit the challenge button on the top left above the teams listed. You may only challenge a team that is ranked above you.

If you recieved an email saying your team was challenged then go to the ladder your team is in. Above the teams for that ladder you will see "Accept Challenge" So Pick possible match days and times for you. Then Pick maps you want to play o­n add any addition comments you want to say to the challenging team.

The losing teams leader or authorized personel needs to go to the player manager menu and click o­n "Report a Loss" and fill in all appropriate information. The winning teams leader or authorized personel needs to wait for the match to be reported. After it is it will be available to be confirmed. You will go to player manager and click o­n "confirm a Win". You will see the match that was played. Click o­n "Details" and make sure the info is correct. If so click o­n "Confirm Win"

Details:

*Check the box by the players whom played in match.
*Report their number of kills.
*Check the maps won
*Report final scores (winning score in left box losing score in right box) ex. 3-1 ( won 3 maps lost 1 maps )
*add any comments you would like for the record in the comments box.

You will recieve an email when the Challenged team accepts your challenge and picks maps and times to play. Go to the ladder where you team is. Above the teams for that ladder you will see "Finalize Match" click it. Select map and time from your choices and finalize match. Thats it. All that is left to do is show up and play. Remember you *must* use players signed up on this site and on your roster in a clan match. Otherwise it will not count on this ladder.

All players must confirm the win before they will see it take affect. To confirm a win you must be logged in as your username. Than under Player Manager you should see a "Confirm a Win" link. Once on this link click details and confirm the win. Confirming the win not only lets you make sure you got the right win but also will enable you to give the rounds won/loss during the game and add your own additional comments.

You are only allowed to challenge those ranked above. If you beat that player you get his rank. There is no point system. Basically the best players/tems will be at the top.

Currently if your team/clan is inactive for more than 1 month that clan will be deleted from the ladder to stop inactive teams from clogging up the ranks offcourse in the pro ladder the inactive time is shorter and is only 3 weeks so make sure your team/clan play atleast one match with in these times.

On the home screen click on active players on the right hand side. Look for your name. Click on it and look at the info. Your player ID number is there up top. To login in put that number in the player ID slot and then type your password under that.

If you try and signup as a player and it says your email address is in use then this will mean you have signed up before and have proberly forgotten about it. If you would like to signup again then please contact admin by clicking on the staff list and ask assistance from one of the admins. They will email you your registration information so that you are able to sign back into the site.
